Perfect White Teeth

Dentes brancos e saudáveis são um must have para todos, porém, nem sempre é fácil mantê-los limpinhos e é sobre isso que vos vou falar hoje!

Sempre tive os dentes direitos sem usar aparelho e sempre me senti uma sortuda por isso.

20% das pessoas têm vergonha de mostrar o seu sorriso em fotos por se sentirem embaraçadas com a cor dos seus dentes mas eu nunca gostei de esconder o meu sorriso nas fotografias e, como tal, fiz, há uns meses, um branqueamento na clínica Smile Me e fiquei super contente com o resultado.

 White and healthy teeth are a must have for everyone, however, it's not always easy to keep them clean and that's what I'm going to tell you about today!
Always had straight teeth without braces and always felt lucky because of that.

20% of people are ashamed to show their smile in photos because they feel embarrassed by the color of their teeth but I never liked to hide my smile in the photos and, because of that, I did, a few months ago, a theet whitening at the Clinic Smile Me and I'm super happy with the result.

Existem dois tipos de branqueamento, um que pode ser feito em consultório mas que acaba por ser um pouco mais agressivo e a cor não fica tão estável a longo prazo (apesar da vantagem de só ser feito uma vez), depois existe aquele que me foi aconselhado pela minha Doutora (e que foi o que eu fiz), que é o branqueamento feito em casa.

 There are two types of whitening, one that can be done in the clinic but that turns out to be a little more aggressive and the color is not so stable in the long term (despite the advantage of only being done once), then there is the one that was advised by my Doctor (and that's what I did), which is home-made whitening.

Fiz uma consulta com ela para ela observar os dentes, ver se não havia nenhum impedimento e, nessa mesma consulta fizemos uns moldes para que, posteriormente, fossem feitas umas goteiras que levariam um gel (o gel branqueador) que encaixamos nos dentes e deixamos atuar por volta de 40 minutos.
Algo que a minha Doutora me disse foi que eu poderia sentir alguma sensibilidade dentária o que, felizmente, não me aconteceu! 
I made an appointment with her to observe my teeth, see if there was any difficulty and in that same consultation we made some molds so that later they were made some suports that would take a gel (the whitening gel) that we fit in the teeth and we let act around 40 minutes. 
Something my Doctor told me was that I could feel some tooth sensitivity which fortunately did not happen to me!

Este foi um processo muito simples e que levou aproximadamente 3 semanas. O resultado final foi muito muito bom e eu só posso agradecer à Doutora Rosário que, para além de uma excelente dentista, é uma ótima pessoa e super querida!

This was a very simple process and it took about 3 weeks. The final result was very good and I can only thank Dr. Rosário who, besides an excellent dentist, is a great person and super sweet!
